For some reason after I finished putting Amya's shoes on her, she decided to stay in the chair for a little while... Amya doesn't usually stay anywhere for a little while, let alone somewhere she gets to jump to get down from. I think she thought she was cool.
This is a short clip from our trip out here. I think the fact that Lewis preferred Amya's lap made for a MUCH happier trip!

This is Amya's third time to Catherine's Creek. In the past she would take a few steps and fall down, or get distracted with wanting to smell every wildflower. This time we actually had to chase and catch her!
Although we'd love it if Amya became a "peace lovin' hippie", this is actually how she points.
She is figuring out that when the camera comes out...the fake smile must as well!

Amya, being very naughty in a local coffee shop...she threw a BIG fit when I asked her to pick up the newspaper she shoved off the table!
