This is the spot we picked to watch the Hood River fireworks. It is a pull out along a scenic road up in Underwood, Washington. It was the first time I've looked down on fireworks!

This picture was taken at night with a 15 second exposure, then lightened up. It was pitch black dark out when it was taken. Fun stuff.
We ran into Sadie and Graham for a few minutes.
KABOOM!

Nope! Amya has yet to ever make it up for fireworks. Every year she has been sleeping in my lap...Gulfport, Mackinaw, now Hood River!
